4:21 And this just made me reflect. We're going to talk about our topic tonight, which is Juvenile Diabetes Awareness Month to end this month, but I want to start with. You all. We need no more lukewarming people. We need we no longer need people who are straddling in the fence when it comes to God. The door, the windows, the Heaven's windows are closing, and it's closing because that's what Heaven does now. Hell opens its gates daily. Heaven closes its windows and opens this windows and we have to be told windows when that's occurring. We've got the High Jewish High Holy Days coming up in September in October, and that's when Heaven's windows.

Right now, we're in a season where everybody either you're going to believe in God or you don't believe in Jesus the Holy Spirit, or you don't My miss Trado has no idea where I'm going with this, Okay, but it's just been heavy on me these last twenty four hours. God is telling me I've got to gear up a little bit more and really go after the chosen who don't know that they're chosen. And how do you know that you're how do you know your chosen where you hunger for God. You hunger to spend time with him. You run, chase, you chase. Excuse me, that's. Just miss Ka coming through the front door. That's how that thing greets her sister. Anyway, Sorry about that. But a chosen one hungers for God. You want just like that person, that special person in your life, you want to spend time with them. You want to enjoy their company. Well, that's how you feel towards God. Amen, that's how you want to spend time. You want to please God, not mankind.

6:07 You want to please God. And the ways of pleasing God is just sing a new song to him, study his word. Say Lord, this is this is what you have for me. This is what you have for me. This is this. Wow, this is the power and authority I have. I can walk on evil, I could tell evil be gone, get from. I can tell mountains that seem impossible to move get out from in front of me. It's time now, guys, it's time now. And I don't care if we have three more years, three more minutes, three more seconds, three more hours, three more second, I don't it doesn't matter. We need everybody on the front line. Praying and praying strategically as specifically.

6:48 You need money. Let's just be real. You need money. You need to make more money. You need more. Money to pay your bills so you can stop being behind or using the grace period. Of the month. Then you tell God, God, I need money. I need more money, and tell where do I have to do? Because you may have to leave where you're at and go find a better job, higher paying job. But there's consequences that go with that. Now, but you ask God is it for me? Now? Let's go back to the money. And I've shared my testimony. Now some of us you have to admit, how do you view money? Do you respect it enough that and you use it wisely? Have you the pay you didn't repent about it? And some of your cases with bills, all you have to do is call the creditor.

7:30 They don't want your car, they don't want your house, they don't want the blood of your first born. They just want to know where they're gonna get their money. And I loved that years ago. Years ago. They're like, no, you know what, miss Gray, You've been with us for you know, for a long time, and you've never cashed in on or asked for us to you know, slide the payment to next month, and then said, you know what we're gonna give you. Don't worry about this month. We are just we're gonna absolve it. We'll see you next month. You take care? What really now? Oh, your creditors stop being afraid. I grew up with parents who are afraid of their creditors, and I'm like, no, they bleed red blood like we do. Why are you afraid of these people? They just want their money. They just need to know that they could trust you.

8:14 We loan this to you, we financed this for you, We've given this to you. We just want to know we could. Can you just give it back to us? Simple? Simple? Do you do you spend? You know? Are you a spend thrift? Do you just oh, I got money now? Is you know? I know some people get their tax refund and instead of putting it somewhere and saving it, you know, or putting it in a savings account that yields interest, I don't care if it's one percent a year. No, they go out and they got to go. To the to the Golden Corral and take everybody out to eat. And then you know they come up with the two picks and stuff like that, and you know, and then but you got a bill? Do do you pay some of your bills ahead of time? How do you view money? Because God knows you, you can't blame him.

8:59 He knows what we can handle is I will not put no more on you than you can bear. Remember I used to have a problem with that scripture till I got revelation that I don't know what all I can bear. There's no way you would have ever sat me down and say, you know what, one day, I think you coulda probably lose your limbs, no way, no way, be out a commission, change my life in one moment with one hospital admission. But you also could have told me that I was gonna be writing five books. Not even one book? Okay, should I be a college professor. You couldn't have told me that I just wanted to get back to the stage before because I love that.

So that's why I have a T shirt that said, don't get too comfortable in your purpose, because sometime we get so comfortable and it's like, oh, I can't do nothing. Else. This is what I do. You know, all our communities that we've been a part of, right have tried to condition us to think a certain way. Okay, So even even the. Saying the sky is the limit, well, the sky is the limit because heaven is on the other side of. The sky, and it's three layers of heaven. That's a whole different teaching there. Okay, so I had to stop saying, you know, the sky is not the limit. I serve an unlimited God, Jesus, Holy Spirit. There's so much wisdom. Do you know? I'm learning something every day. I'm learning something new every day. I just be sitting there like this. For instance, remember how a few Monday nights ago, I was telling you guys that you know, the hang on a minute, hang on a minute, just a minute, greet the people. I gotta do something.

So you know, sometimes I think when you look at what you have gone through, so I just want to respond on what miss Gray did what you just ask I think when you think you've gotten to that limit and you didn't, you didn't give up. You know, somehow you push through whatever you were going through. So that's what I think, miss Gray, when you were talking about the there is no limit, you know you you pushed through it. You found a way to get through that.

13:28 And so God and Plus is trust in God to to get you through that, and so sometimes look back and say, how did I get through that? The song says that, yeah, that's where that is. I mean, that song says I don't know how I made it over my soul. Looked back and wonder how your soul is your flesh, that's your heart, that's your emotions, that's your mind. Yes, your mind will say there's no way. Your brain will try to convince you are not gonna be You're not gonna get through this, so get over it. No, I'm gonna not only get I'm gonna get through it. I'm not going around it. I'm going straight through it. Because just like our ancestors who took a forty years, it took forty years from them, and scientists today say it should have taken them eleven days. No, I'm never gonna I don't want to repeat nothing. I don't want to repeat a cycle.

14:16 I don't want to. You learn from those lessons. That's why I thank God for the Bible, because it talks about human people, real people who went through real things that we can attest to today. How many introverts I got out there? I mean, but no, before you get into that mom. So today I was like basically venting to my close friends. So I'm just like, you know, I don't know how to feel about everything, of how to feel about just graduating and stuff, and how I've literally been in school since I graduated high school and like everything was just back to back, and I'm like, that's only God to be able to make it through, deal with different personalities, deal with failing test some time, having a study all the time and not do anything and nothing but school basically, So it's just like, you know, it was nothing but Him, and it's just like He don't put no more on us that we can't bear it. So it's just like we were created to basically go through these trials, you know what I'm saying. And obviously when we have faith and stuff like that, we're gonna go through trials. We're gonna be tested, but it's all about us and getting through it, and He knows me to get through it.

15:24 We just have to get through it. So it's just like he knows we're completely capable and that's why he created us to be who we are. So I just had to share that because I literally just talked to my close frist today about that, and I'll. Say, man, thank you. And he's hoping that you'll come back to him so he can help you make it through. He don't like for his chosen to. Be hanging out there wondering like, oh my god, I don't know what else to do, and being confused and being depressed. And he doesn't like that. Now, don't say you never get depressed. I've been depressed twice. In my life. Twice in my life. I got it, but I knew that I could go to I need to stay in the valley for a minute till I get myself together mentally, and then we go, Okay, we got a couple of people, okay, So and a stage is saying, I think I'm an introvert.

16:11 Okay. Now George is saying I'm probably lean more to introverted okay, And Micky said, no, I'm not. I'm not an introvert. You know, some people can be some people can have both, some people can be insonality. Yeah, and I don't mean that's like psychologically, but yes, yeah, yeah, And and. It depends on when you have to be. Yeah, it depends on when you have to be, Because if you've been quiet you've been working at that job. They know you as this the silent person and everything. But all of a sudden you supervised to say, you know, in your evaluation, you know what, Mickey, you're not I mean not mcnimical with uh a station in a station.

16:52 You're really not, you know, delegating, you're really not sharing with you you're working. You have to work with teams. You've got a team of y'all, and you have to You're gonna have to. Exert yourself some more. You're gonna have to get in it a little bit more. We need to hear from you a little bit more, you. Know, so you have a decision to make either. I got to come up a little bit. I got a voice. What I have to say is you don't like my idea, that's fine, But at least whoever's watching, here's me, here's my voice, okay, and do that. And there are times with us extroverted people, we don't need to need to know when to dial it down because some of us, some people, some of our. Coworkers can't handle it. And I've told you about some scenarios I've been through.

17:34 They cannot handle this because they're not happy they don't smile. I told you about the girl that the woman that was in the choir with me. Her name is so odd. And if I say it, I know somebody out there in the galaxy will know it and say, you know what, Ms Gray was talking about you, She's got to be. The only person with that name. She would look. She's sitting within in the soprano section, she said, and I was like, you, all right, why do you smile so much? And I'm like, we're singing the Glory of God. You know, when I get in front of the Lord, I'm gonna dance like David dance. She said, yeah, but you smiling all the time. And truly, we were on camera and she standing next to me, and she'd be like, I get praised to the father and to his son. And I'm like, and I wouldn't. And you see me doing you can see we're on camera, and I'm like, he smiling, you know, And people were like, what are you doing? I said, I just want to look.

18:31 I just want to make sure I'm not you know, interrupted her or getting throwing her off key, But you know, and I'm smiling because oh my god, I just had a week and now I could just. Praise God and I don't care who sees it. I don't care what you think. I'm singing in my car and everything. And this one driver he pulled up today alongside me. He pulled up and he'says looking at it. I saw about the out the corner, but I didn't care. I was like, yes, Lord, you know you are my father and I am yours. I'm my God. How can you not celebrate that? But there and we need both. We need both. I want to introvert on my team because when they speak up, everybody listen, like, Oh.

19:15 I looked up on introvert traits and extrovert traits trade. Oh, go ahead, go ahead. Introvert traits. We charge alone. They gain energy from quiet spaces and solitude. They think inward or processed through, process thoughts quietly before speaking. They have close circles before small, tight groupos, close friends, and sensitives to stimuli and feel tired or overwhelm and a loud busy places. Extroverts, on the other hand, recharge with people. Gain energy from social settings and groups. Think out loud process ideas by talking through them with others.

19:57 They have wide circles enjoy meeting new people and have larger social networks. They see action, thrive on active, fast pace and changing environments. So I'm kind of both. So I introvert part, I recharge. A loan, think inward and how small Actually all introverts since it can feel tired of overwhelm and loud, busy places that can kind of get to me. But the extrovert part sometimes thinking a lot process ideas by talking through them with others who were like minded. I can't say I enjoy well, enjoy meet new people, but have larger social networks.

20:40 No, I don't. That's not really mean and fast paced seek action. I do like action, blow on how fast paced I wanted. You know, we're gonna have to do an idea, we're talking about it. I like to start moving on it, just don't sit on it and meet to meet to meet to meet that. So I'm both. I'm both. Now I can say I'm there's an introvert part of me, believe it or not. No, nothing from the peanut gallery over there, but there are like I'm going to a Chamber of Commerce meeting tomorrow, session tomorrow and they're gonna do some legislative I'm not saying a word. I'm not even gonna even I'm not wearing no pins on it. You won't know who I am unless you ask my name, ask me. And I did that at a conference a few weeks ago when I went when Prophet Johns was here.

21:26 Now, I went in raw. I don't want nobody to know what I do. Nothing. I came to hear from the God, and I need to hear from our mayors tomorrow. And our commissioners. I don't want to say anything I have. I don't even have a question for you. I want to see what you're gonna come up with. So there are times that if you look at that, my being quiet is the introverted part of me. And when i'm quiet, Now that little person over there knows. She'll come out her room and she'll look at me and she said you all right, and then she'll stop and make me look at her eye to eye. And say you okay. See, I'm thinking you're talking to God. You're talking to God's talking to me, you know, So I mean it.

22:07 You know, it depends on what you need to do. I have an introverted side too. Yes, she does it. That has surprised me. Yeah, I don't. Yeah, I don't do that, big circles of friends. I don't do that either, but they But then then they talked about the introverted extrovert. Yeah, it's an introverted. That's why I said, I think I'm introverted. Extrovert, often called often called an an advert is someone who mostly leans towards being outgoing and social, but still needs quiet time alone to rest and get the energy back. The key signs they love people, They enjoy going to parties and talking with friends. They need a break after too much socializing, the social battery runs down and needed quiet time.

22:54 Dislikes the spotlight. They can be friendly and loud, but they do not want all their attention on them. So yeah, so I'm both yeah. Yeah, And sometimes it can be overwhelming with a lot of stuff going on, especially when it comes in at you. Amen. Yeah, Mickey says. Do I make no sense if you listen to the media. Oh yeah, yeah. I take notes. I go and I've got all my highlights and my highlight of highlighters and everything, my different ink color pins just in case I need to put some ideas, you know, and bring something to my attention. I use different color pins and stuff. So I still do that, even though I just got the right hand, but I do what I do. You know, Yes, that's the case. So what's what sounds like? You elk that you're a combo introvert extrovert because you know we met you now, you know, we came in ten to see to meet you, be honest.

Okay, yeah, they came in the pastor had to pretend to get them downstairs, and we're sitting kind of back on the table and stuff. So they come in because she had to kind of get them down there and stuff. And I know they were probably saying stuff in their head, like we just got through our prayer, why do we have to still being here? You know? But they did. They came on and Elda K was one of the first ones that came in the door. So here they all come. And so she looks like, they goes, oh hi, and she I don't even know what. I don't know if she looked back and not this. She screamed. She said, oh why God? And everybody said what what And they're like, oh my god, you know, because well I was kind of recognizable.

24:25 There we go, she said. But yes, okay, yes, Elthera k can be I guess shy. At times, but you don't want to get on her own side and she'll say wow this, she'll. Just walk away like well, well what was that? Well, well, I mean sometimes. Like that like that, you know, yeah, yeah, because you know, and sometimes people use you too because they know you can bring that. They know you're going to bring order to the meeting. They know that, Okay, we're gonna trade, doesn't play. We got to stay focused and we're going to laugh a little bit. But we do have a project and we've got a deadline and we've got to get on that. So I don't mind you knowing that, because if you see me walk in, they're like, oh my god.

I'll get quiet in front of God. And I'll give him all my titles, my being a mom, my being an author, my being an actress, my being a grant writer, my being a podcast. Host, everything I do, my being a neighbor, everything I do, my being a godmother. You know, she really knows me. It don'tain long, but you know.

But that's why the homework was look in the Bible and look at different people. And you know, you could just put it in Google, in Google Search and say, you know who is who? Who's an extrovert, who was shy but had to deliver powerful messages, and who's shy that God used the most. I promise you it'll come a lout and you get all the and then you go and you research and see if you can relate to that person.

I want to share something I don't know if I've ever told you, but just as a little commercial here, when I was over the caucus, there was a young lady from Saint Petersburg, Saint Pete, that thing here in Florida. And the first year, first throughout the year, when we were having our meetings in different places, we just always connected and stuff. And then one year, the second year, she said, come up to my room. I got something for you. I said, okay. So I went up to a room and she handed me a bag and I'm like, it was so heavy.

And she started picking up these spikes, the nails that hold the rails together. And I said, okay, Sis, you got me. I don't know why you get. She said, you're like the female Moses. You're like Harriet Tubman. You lead the people and we will follow you. She said, but I need to bring these to you so you will remember who you are. And I held on to them for a while because that blew my mind. Railroad spikes? Who does that? You know? But now, if I was part of the hip hop crowd, they probably make it into a chain and walk around with it.

I mean she cleaned them up and stuff like that. But it was I just wanted to share that when we were talking about the caucus thing. But you know, so, yeah, and Harriet Tubman, when I did a research on her, I want to write I'm still going to write a play about her. I'm gonna write it through my on what the revelations I've gotten about her. Here is a woman that you know in slavery, and her husband and her family are in slavery. Wow, she really Okay, now it's coming up. Okay, let me get off of this because I don't okay. And then I've got a book.

31:38 It's a child's book that talks about her. When I portrayed doctor Marion mclobothune, I use a book. So I found this book on Harriet Tubman for kids, and in it it talked about how she would be awakened at three o'clock in the morning and finally she said, this voice told her you need to get up and go because she've been talking thinking about you know, Okay, we got to run away. We got to get out of this. We gotta think. And she she literally would be awakening at three o'clock in the morning and then she would do that. She did that first run by herself. She hit in potato and bens and wagons that had potatoes. She could hear the dog, she could hear things, and then she would hum to herself and she's thinking about God.

32:19 She would hum to herself. I'm just wow. So yeah, there's some people you can relate to and you can identify with, but we need everybody on the front line now. And it's gonna be even more important because he was talking to me. God was talking to me about seating. You don't seed because you think I know, you know my financial situation, so I'm gonna get my seed to you. That's not seating. Seating is when God speaks to you and say, you know what, send a seed, sender love offering, a seed offer. I prefer calling it a seed offers, different from a love offer to me seed offering seating because people have stopped seating to me because in their mind, I'm debt free, so she don't need it. But it's not because I need it. It's because you need to do it because God wants to see if he could trust you. He already can trust me. This is not has nothing to do with it.

Most of you have participated with us when we had to see it and help folks that are homeless and things like that. And God's like, no, we're not doing that like that. I need them praying so I could tell them. Who to give to specifically and strategically, because we don't know how that other person is really living. And then he reminded me over, I've been in Orlando twenty five years now in December, and it was when I first moved here, one of the local channels did expose A followed some of the homeless people, sat out, I mean sat out with them the whole time they didn't know they were there, and followed them back to their nice cars that were parked way away. They take it off their wigs, they take it off their hat, they take it off the dirty clothes they had, and they found out their names by tracing them through the tags on their car to find out they claimed sixty thousand.

34:11 They earned sixty thousand one year. One lady earned sixty thousand, had a nice three bedroom, two car garage house. So going forward, there's a lot of people that's going to be in need. There's a lot of people that's going to be in need. But it's not based on what you or who you think needs something. It's based on what God tells you because he's looking for people he can trust during this end time. Okay, so we'll talk some more about that next month. We've got a great month coming up. But without further ado, I don't know, miss kay, did you want to talk about you want me to talk about juvenile diabetes?

34:53 I mean there's only so much. Yeah, it's very limited information. Well, they do it. It's an aware that's I'm gonna let you talk for a little bit, and what you want to share is probably the same the same content. But you know, what did you find out? I mean anymore while we're having this awareness. I mean, majority of the children are diagnosed at a young age with type one diabetes. And it's not even they're born with it. It's not even something that they've contracted. They're born with it. It's an autoimmune disease to. Where like certain sales attack the installm within their body, so it's out all immune and they're not able.

35:36 Well, obviously type one is not careable. It's not reversible, so they're dealing with that from birth and for the rest of their life. So I guess being because it's more common now, and this is also something that's. Genetic, so yeah, think of it that way. It's genetic, so. There's nothing that they can really necessarily do about it, and as long as their families keep having children, the rest will be able to receive the same thing. So I will say, just to be well. And that stresses the important of knowing who you would be with as far as partners, like how important it is to make sure you know your family's history and medical history. There we go knowing the medical history and stuff, because I mean, people may not want to have kids because they know that their child will have type one diabetes.

36:28 Efforts so that I. Didn't know our body, I didn't. I didn't know our body produces insolent. Yeah, our body is actually produced insolent, but it goes away or you know, but the pancreas, all this kind of stuff dealing with these disorders. The things we eat and stuff like that, the. Sugars that we've ingested, all that stuff impacts that I didn't know. We created our own insulin the moment. The only time I've heard of insulince when people have diabetes. Yeah, and they got to get their insolent shots. Say, we produce it, but we can't keep with the moniscus fluid in our kneecaps. But that's all about well yeah, yeah, yeah, because sometimes babies can have it, but sometimes it comes older, older kids like ten to fourteen, it'll show up. And especially you know, we're compounding anything and everything if we're laying it with unhealthy fats and you know, sugars, and you're not working out, you're not exercising, and you're not happy.

37:32 Your emotions play a part in this, you know. It's it's all. It's the circle of life. It's the circle of life. So you got to you got to get your mind. Parents. You got to stop with these you know, saying things to your kids and stuff. You got to love your children, let them know that they're loved. You know, I could have been messed up my mom because she didn't know any better. She couldn't tell me, you know, you're a pretty little girl. No one's ever told me that about biological grandmother told me that way when she met me at sixteen, you know. But I tell my kids, oh my boys, Oh you're solf handsome, you're so good. Look. Oh I like that haircut. Oh that hair is okay, Well that's what you want to wear? All right there? Well you know, but. You know, you may watch it. But my kids can wear any color, all of them.

38:14 They can wear any color and look good. And I complimented them. To parents, you're not showing your kids that you love them. And if they're trying to break havoc and stuff, there's a way to have a new sheriff in town. You can talk to me privately about that. But many times I advise parents, oh. No, you go home. Changes now, if you put your foot down, you've had enough. Yeah, you had it out, Okay, I can tell you how to change that. Yeah. It's just important to really cater to these kids. As someone who tutors younger individuals, these babies are. They can't go to their parents about nothing, or either of their guardians. I'm getting told majority of their issues of being bullied, whatever the case may be, and I'm giving them advice to go to school and act this way or cut that person off because we not doing that. But you know, I love the kids, so I'm always be there for the kids. So it's just like, you know, it's just sad that I see a lot of these parents not caring.

39:10 Like when I was getting my last is done, we were watching True crime and a mother basically like purposely tried to kill all seven of her kids by giving them like sleeping pills and then she burnt the like she set the house on fire, and like three of the babies passed away because she stabbed them prior to starting the fire, and only like four of them survived. And I'm just like, that's crazy, And it's just like these kids are going to have to grow up knowing that their mother, for whatever reason, wanted to harm them. And one of the babies was like, I don't even feel safe with her. You know what I'm saying, that's crazy. Like my student even told me, you know, I don't I don't want to tell my guardian this.

39:52 Why not? You know what I'm saying. But you know, a lot of these parents need to open up that door and care. And it's just like, if you're not going to care, there's no point of bringing a challenge to this world if you're only going to portray what you've gone through, Like your job is to make a difference and be better than your parents, you know what I'm saying. And it's just like people don't get that, Like these babies are very delayed. Now, let's put it like that, they're very delayed mentally. And it's like, what the heck my mom had me doing dictionary work over summer break. I was doing school work on summer break. This lady told I teach us to give us extra work. So it's just like, let me stop specifically, be specific now.

40:35 I told them if well, if they stop, if they finish their class work, don't let them sit there and become idle. So you need a box of extra work, and they know to go over there and get it, and they to complete it until you resume the class. And look at you, now, look at you, right, I don't. I'm blessed. It's four point zero. I'm blessed with all these cords. Leadership society. I never know there was a society come on that you just want to invest in your business. Come on, now, look at you. But yeah, but it's just sad because you know, I'm those fortunate, you know what I'm saying. I'm blessed to have a parent that I have.

41:15 But now I can show that love to other students in the role that i'm you know, in and stuff like that. And I feel like everybody should make it their job if you encounter younger individuals, just give them a conversation. Half the time, these younger kids just want to have a conversation. They just want to talk about it. And it's like a lot of people annoy them because they think their kids they don't know anything. These kids know a lot of stuff. Like I just spoke to a friend's cousin and she was like, I remember stuff when I was five years old that my mother but allowed in the household and stuff like that. And I've been telling them, I'm like, see, like kids remember things. They remember anything that they see and deal with. So it's just like, you know, of course, I'm make it my job anytime I encounter somebody younger than me, Oh, we're gonna have a conversation. I don't care if I don't know you, like, we're just gonna talk. You know what I'm saying some people what's on your mind and stuff?

42:02 And I make it my job to ask my students that, like, what's on your mind? How was school? Nothing happened? You know what I'm saying before we get into work, because you have to know that I care for you. I don't just care for them and their academics. I care for them long term. So it's just like, you know, talk to these kids. Man, like they are going through some things and it's crazy because like around that age, I wasn't going through as much as these kids I see go through now. And it's like that's not good. That's not good, and it's only getting worse. So and I used to tell my coworkers who dealt with children in therapy, you need to slow this up because by the time they when they turn eighteen, they coming to see me. If you don't deal with them, they're coming to see me.

42:44 And how many clients have I had. We were running into kids that think that they learn everything from the internet, people there who and that the people they know are wrong, Yes, Charles, because no one's talking to them, no one is sitting them down and saying no, this is the reason why this and giving them that human. Piece, that FaceTime, that real time in your face. Exactly. They give them a phone and the iPad. We had track phones in middle school. We ain't touch the iPhone. They really didn't have them during your time, mom, please, they did not have an iPhone, that had an. iPhone prior to like dad had an iPhone. He bought an iPhone. Yes, you can just talk about this a couple of days ago.

43:30 He had an iPhone. We ain't have one. We had track phones that we had to pay for minutes. And who paid for the minutes? You did? But I mean obviously, yeah, because I need you to be able to reach me if you needed to exactly the teacher's doing it. So yeah, and that was the way. What did it teach you to stay in my head in these books and not be on any type of social media platforms. Responsibility for sure? Responsibility. Yeah. So anyway, all right, we got two more We got more than two moments. We got two minutes, We got two minutes. I hope it's. Helped somewhere along the way. We just need everybody on the front line now, and I need you taking care of yourself. I need you to be healthy emotionally, spiritually and do whatever.

44:14 You need to do to get there. Charles, it gets frustrated when we know the facts, but the kids are saying we are wrong and that kind of stuff. And you know what, Charles, everybody they got they got to run their own race. Now we can't that. We're not gonna forget that because we would love to. Well, I would not want to do everything for my children. I do not want and I've had to pull back because I'm like, no, because I want to. I don't want them to hurt. I don't want them to worry because their dad is no longer here, So I no, I don't want you. But I had to wait a minute. No, they can't depend and lean it depends on me. I got to push back, and you got to know. But you got to know when to lean in and when to listen. And now you all talk about holding space. Basically, that's just being there for somebody and giving them the time that you know, to talk talk it out, to talk it through and what is on your mind. And I used to tell my kids, don't worry about coming to talk to me, talk to an adult that you can trust, enjoy it. This is all thank you, elder K.

45:10 Talk to somebody. That's how I raise them. If you can't come and talk to me, talk to somebody, an adult that you can trust. And you don't have the word, then you're gonna come and tell me, and they're not okay. So you got to be the you know, adults and parents, I'm not being a friend to my child. I'm not a friend to my children. They got the fear I'm not your friend, not your friend, and sometimes you can't trust me because I be in my feelings.
